Definition: A player who dangerously kicks an opponent’s foot or skate from behind or who pulls an opponent backwards while at the same time knocking or kicking his feet from under him.

Upon the judgment of the referee Slew foot can be penalized with; 

  1. New - A player who slew-foots an opponent will be assessed at least a double minor penalty (2+2).

  2. A player who recklessly endangers an opponent as a result of a slew foot will be assessed a major penalty and game misconduct.
