The registration and deregistration of domestic players, weather they are subject to IIHF International Transfer Cards or not, of non-domestic players with foreign citizenship, as well as the registration of player loan agreements will only be permitted until the ICE Hockey League Transfer-Deadline 15.02.2023 – 11:59pm.
